At WellDuct, we understand that unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-Hour Advance Notice Required

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee. This fee will be $50.

Late Cancellations

Late cancellations, defined as not providing a 24-hour notice, will result in a charge equal to $50 of the reserved service amount. We recognize that special unavoidable circumstances may arise and will consider exceptions at our discretion.

Unattended Appointments / No Access Fee

In the event that our technicians arrive as scheduled and are unable to gain access to your property, or if no one is present to receive them, this will be treated as a “No-Show.” As such, you will be charged a fee equal to $100 of the reserved service amount to compensate for the lost time and resources.

Responsibility to Provide Access

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that our technicians have clear access to the work area as agreed upon at the time of appointment scheduling. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that someone is present to open the property, any necessary security clearances are provided, and pets are secured.

Rescheduling Due to Lack of Access

If our technicians are unable to perform the service due to lack of access, we will attempt to reschedule the appointment at the next available time that is convenient for you. Please be aware that this rescheduled appointment will still be subject to the aforementioned “No-Show” fee, unless waived at our discretion under special circumstances.

Communication is Key

We strongly encourage our clients to communicate any potential issues with access as soon as possible.
